On June 23, 2017, AVEO Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Committee for Medicinal Products for Human Use of the European Medicines Agency made a decision with respect to the marketing authorization application for tivozanib in the treatment of renal cell carcinoma.
