      Activision Blizzard, Inc. (Nasdaq: ATVID) intends to release first 
      quarter fiscal year 2009 Activision stand-alone results after the close 
      of the market on Thursday, July 31, 2008. In conjunction with this 
      release, Activision Blizzard will host a conference call that will be
