Explanation of Responses:
(1)	This grant was for 2,683 restricted stock units, each representing the right to receive one share of the Company's common stock, which will vest in equal installments on each of September 17, 2021, December 17, 2021, March 17, 2022, and June 17, 2022. Mr. Corti transferred the shares to the Robert J. Corti Revocable Trust, of which Mr. Corti and his spouse are co-trustees, immediately after grant.
(2)	On June 3, 2021, Mr. Corti and his spouse transferred 59,409 shares previously held by them jointly to the Jo Ann Corti Revocable Trust and an additional 59,409 shares previously held by them jointly to the Robert J. Corti Revocable Trust. In addition, Mr. Corti transferred 856 restricted share units to the Robert J. Corti Revocable Trust. Following the transactions reported on this Form 4, Mr. Corti held, through the Robert J. Corti Revocable Trust, (a) 60,265 shares of the Company's common stock and (b) 2,683 restricted stock units, each representing the right to receive one share of the Company's common stock .
(3)	As noted in footnote 2, on June 3, 2021, Mr. Corti and his spouse transferred 59,409 shares previously held by them jointly to the Jo Ann Corti Revocable Trust.
