Following the transactions reported on this Form 4, Mr. Johnson held (a) 23,516 shares of the Company's common stock and (b) 102,225 performance vesting restricted stock units, each representing the right to receive one share of the Company's common stock. In addition, 127,442 previously reported shares granted pursuant to an additional restricted stock unit award did not vest, as the performance conditions underlying the award were not achieved.
