SAN JOSE, Calif., May 6, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Atmel® Corporation (NASDAQ: ATML), a leader in microcontroller and touch solutions, today announced that its Board of Directors has approved a quarterly cash dividend for the second quarter of 2015.
The Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.04 per share, payable on June 25, 2015, to stockholders of record at the close of business on June 15, 2015.
