Kimco Realty Corporation Completes Acquisition of Atlantic Realty Trust

NEW HYDE PARK, N.Y. and NEW YORK, March 31  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Kimco Realty Corporation (NYSE:KIM) today announced the completion of the previously announced acquisition of Atlantic Realty Trust (NASDAQ:ATLRS) for $81.8 million.  Pursuant to the merger, each share of beneficial interest in Atlantic Realty Trust will be entitled to receive 0.5680 shares of Kimco common stock.  As a result of the completion of the merger, Atlantic Realty Trust shares will no longer be listed on The Nasdaq Capital Market.
