On July 23, 2018, America First Multifamily Investors, L.P. (the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that it will host a conference call for investors on Monday, August 13, 2018 at 4:30 p.m. Eastern Daylight Time to discuss the Partnership’s Second Quarter 2018 results. As set forth below, the Partnership is furnishing the press release as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
