NEW YORK, Oct. 18 /PRNewswire/ -- Seneca Foods Corp. (Nasdaq: SENEA) will replace ATC Technology Corp. (Nasdaq: ATAC) in the S&P SmallCap 600 index after the close of trading on Friday, October 22.  Genco Holdings is acquiring ATC Technology in a deal expected to close on or about that date, pending final approvals.

Seneca Foods Corporation engages in the production and distribution of processed fruits and vegetables, frozen vegetables, and other food products.  Headquartered in Marion, NY, the company will be added to the S&P SmallCap 600 GICS (Global Industry Classification Standard) Packaged Foods & Meats Sub-Industry index.
