Andrew Rooke, Chief Executive Officer of ASV will be available for one-on-one meetings with attendees of the Wells Fargo 9th Annual Industrials Conference being held at the Lotte New York Palace in New York City, on May 9, 2018, for the entirety of the day, to provide an update on ASV and its current business opportunities. A group presentation is slated for 2:35 PM ET in the Holmes I room.

Mr. Rooke will also be available for one-on-one meetings with attendees of the Barrington Research Spring Investor Conference being held at The Palmer House, Chicago, on May 10, 2018, for the entirety of the day, to provide an update on ASV and its current business opportunities.
