*On September 29, 2020, pursuant to the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of April 8, 2020, and as amended June 25, 2020, by and among Asta Funding, Inc. (the “Company”), Asta Finance Acquisition Inc. (“Parent”) and Asta Finance Acquisition Sub Inc. (“Merger Sub”), Merger Sub merged with and into the Company (the “Merger”), with the Company surviving the Merger as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Parent.
