GENERAL

On July 5, 2023, Mrs. Kristen O'Hara provided Arrival SA (the “Company”) with a letter of resignation as a Director. Mrs. O’Hara served as a member of the Compensation Committee and as Chair of the Nominating and Corporate Governance Committee. Such resignation took effect July 5, 2023. The Company would like to thank Mrs. O’Hara for her advice, collaboration and support over the past two years.
