The Aristotle Corporation (NASDAQ: ARTL; ARTLP) announced today that it will hold its annual meeting of stockholders on December 20, 2006. Stockholders of record on November 22, 2006 will be entitled to vote at the meeting. Any stockholder wishing to submit a proposal to be considered for inclusion in the Company’s proxy statement and proxy for the annual meeting must deliver the proposal by November 9, 2006, addressed to the Company’s Secretary at 96 Cummings Point Road, Stamford, CT 06902.
