Arrow International Announces Dividend for Fourth Fiscal Quarter

READING, Pa., Aug. 17  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Arrow International, Inc. (NASDAQ:ARRO) announced today that its Board of Directors approved payment of a dividend of $0.21 per share on its outstanding common stock, payable on September 14, 2007 to shareholders of record on August 31, 2007.  This is the sixty-first consecutive quarterly dividend paid by the Company since its initial public offering on June 9, 1992.
