Item 8.01.

Other Events.

 

On April 25, 2019, GeoTraq, Inc. (“GeoTraq”), a subsidiary of Appliance Recycling Centers of America, Inc., the registrant, issued a press release announcing the transition from GSM to LTE-M/NB-IoT connectivity, creating a new class of Mobile IoT modules.

 

A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
