      ("A-Power"), today announced that management will present at the Roth 
      Capital Partners 20th Annual OC Growth Stock 
      Conference on Tuesday, February 19, 2008 at 5:00 p.m. PST, which will be 
      held at the Ritz Carlton in Laguna Niguel, California.
    
    
      The presentation will be held in the Ritz Ballroom Salon 3. A breakout
