Apropos Technology Enters Strategic Partnership With TelSK for
Asia-Pacific Region
- Outsourced Service Capabilities for Apropos in the Asia-Pacific Region -
OAKBROOK TERRACE, Ill., June 23 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Apropos Technology
(NASDAQ:APRS), a leading provider of call center communication management
solutions, today announces the Company has entered into a value added reseller
agreement with TelSK Co. Ltd. TelSK, headquartered in Seoul, Korea,
specializes in the provision of contact center, help desk and information
technology management consulting and outsourcing under long-term contracts to
medium and large companies throughout the Asia Pacific region.
Under terms of the agreement, TelSK, a partnership of Telus International and
SK C&C, will standardize its outsourced contact center and help desk services
offerings on Apropos Technology's Multi-Channel Interaction Management Suite v6
Enterprise Edition. Additionally, TelSK will resell the Apropos Interaction
Management Suite v6 Enterprise Edition throughout TelSK's targeted Asia Pacific
regions.
TelSK selected and deployed Apropos to provide a fully blended interaction
management infrastructure for voice, e-mail and task-based communications
across its customer service operation. Through tight integration with TelSK's
voice and data infrastructure, Apropos is delivering a multi-lingual universal
queue, computer telephony integration for skills-based and personalized,
client-specific routing, as well as client-specific service-level management
and adherence.
With the implementation of Apropos, TelSK will be able to deliver:
-- The provision of a common, multi-lingual infrastructure for the rapid
deployment of outsourced contact center and help desk clients
-- The opportunity to increase revenues, operating margins and customer
satisfaction through multi-channel communications capabilities and the
effective management of client-specific service-level agreements
