Apropos' Shareholders Approve Syntellect Acquisition

(NASDAQ:APRS) today announced that the proposed acquisition of Apropos by Syntellect for US $2.76 per common share of Apropos, in cash, has been approved by Apropos' shareholders. The transaction is expected to close on November 28, 2005.
