Alamosa to Participate in the 2005 Baird Growth Stock Conference & the UBS Leveraged Finance Conference

Alamosa Holdings, Inc. (Nasdaq: APCS) is scheduled to
participate in the 2005 Baird Growth Stock Conference to be held May
10th - 12th at the Four Seasons Hotel in Chicago, Illinois. The
Company will also participate in the UBS Leveraged Finance Conference
to be held May 10th - 13th at the Wynn Las Vegas in Las Vegas, Nevada.
   Kendall W. Cowan, Alamosa's Chief Financial Officer, will give a
presentation at the Baird Growth Conference beginning at 2:05 p.m.
