Historical Stock Chart
From Jun 2019 to Jun 2024
Answerthink, Inc. (NASDAQ:ANSR) today announced that it is rebranding as
The Hackett Group. To celebrate the event, Chairman and CEO Ted A.
Fernandez will ring the NASDAQ Stock Market opening bell at 9:30 am on
Thursday, January 31, the same date that the ticker symbol will change
to HCKT.
“We’re proud to
celebrate this major step in the transformation of our business that we
started five years ago,” said Mr. Fernandez. “From
its inception more than 10 years ago, Answerthink has emphasized the
importance of The Hackett Group’s global brand
and its unique best practices intellectual property. As we exited the
year, Hackett revenues approached 70% of our total revenues with about
one-third of those revenues coming outside of the U.S. Given our strong
global growth and the growing global recognition of our Hackett Group
brand, we believe this is the right time to make this transition.”
The Company has moved the Oracle and Hyperion technology consulting
groups under the Hackett Technology Solutions name. The Answerthink
brand will continue to be used to support the SAP practice efforts.
The Hackett Group’s participation in the
NASDAQ market opening will take place at 9:30 am EST on Thursday,
January 31 at the NASDAQ MarketSite, 4 Times Square (43rd St. &
Broadway), in New York City.
