TD Ameritrade to Host Annual Meeting of Shareholders

TD Ameritrade Holding Corporation (Nasdaq: AMTD) will hold its annual meeting of shareholders on Friday, Feb. 16, 2018. The meeting will begin at 9:00 a.m. CST (10 a.m. EST) and will take place at its corporate office, located at 3000 TD Ameritrade Lane in Southlake, Texas.

The Company will also broadcast the meeting online via a virtual shareholders meeting, which will provide shareholders of record as of Dec. 19, 2017 with an opportunity to vote and ask questions of the Company’s management team and board of directors online and in real time. Shareholders may access the virtual meeting through the "Presentations & Events" page of the Company’s corporate web site, www.amtd.com, by clicking on the date “February 16,” or directly via amtd.onlineshareholdermeeting.com. The virtual meeting portal includes a forum that allows shareholders of record to submit questions in advance, to be addressed during the meeting. A high speed Internet connection is required in order to view the webcast.

The Company will also provide a live webcast of the meeting for members of the press and other interested parties and, beginning at approximately 10 a.m. CST on Saturday, Feb. 17, 2018, will post an archived version online following the meeting. Links to the meeting and its archived materials, including a transcript, will also be available via the "Governance" page on www.amtd.com.
