Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

 

On May 15, 2018, AMERI Holdings, Inc., a Delaware corporation (the “Company”), filed its Quarterly Report on Form 10-Q for the quarter ended March 31, 2018. In addition, on such date, the Company issued a press release announcing its financial results for the quarter ended March 31, 2018 (the “Press Release”). A copy of the Press Release dated May 15, 2018 is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on 8-K.
