Item 5.02

Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

 

On May 7, 2018, Dr. Arthur Langer notified the Board of Directors (the “ Board ”) of Ameri Holdings, Inc. (the “ Company ”) of his resignation from the Board effective immediately. Dr. Langer’s resignation from the Board is not due to any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices. As a result of Dr. Langer’s resignation, the Board is currently comprised of six directors.
