Ampex Corporation (Nasdaq:AMPX) today announced that on February 7,
2008, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit affirmed the
decision of the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware
granting the Eastman Kodak Company’s motion
for summary judgment of noninfringement of one of Ampex’s
patents used in digital still cameras. This patent previously
expired in April 2006, and the Company does not expect this decision to
have a material impact on future licensing revenues.
