      senior management will present a corporate overview at the Bank of 
      America 2008 Healthcare Conference in Las Vegas.
    
    
      The Company’s presentation will take place at 
      8:30 a.m. (Pacific) on Thursday, May 15, 2008. There will be a live 
      webcast of the presentation, which will be accessible through a link 
      posted on the Allos website home page and investor relations section.
