On December 4, 2020, Alaska Communications Systems Group, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release in connection with the Agreement and Plan of Merger, dated as of November 3, 2020, by and among the Company, Juneau Parent Co, Inc. and Juneau Merger Co, Inc.
