Item 5.02. Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.

On December 16, 2022, Eugene Lockhart, a member of the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of Alkami Technology, Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of his resignation from the Board, effective December 31, 2022. Mr. Lockhart has indicated that his departure from the Board was not the result of any disagreement with the Company on any matter relating to the Company’s operations, policies or practices.
