Akers BioSciences Regains Compliance with Nasdaq Listing Standards

Akers Biosciences, Inc. (the “Company”) (NASDAQ: AKER), a developer of rapid health information technologies, announced today that on December 10, 2019, it received notice from the Hearings Advisor of the Nasdaq Office of General Counsel that the Company successfully regained compliance with the minimum bid price requirements set forth under Nasdaq Listing Rule 5550(a)(2) for continued listing on the Nasdaq Capital Market and that the Company is in compliance with all other applicable listing standards. Therefore, the Company’s scheduled hearing before the Nasdaq Hearing Panel has been cancelled and the Company’s common stock will continue to be listed and trade on The Nasdaq Stock Market.
