AgileThought to Report First Quarter 2023 Financial Results on May 12, 2023

AgileThought, Inc. ("AgileThought" or the “Company”) (NASDAQ: AGIL), a pure play end to end digital transformation services provider, announces today that it will release first quarter 2023 financial results on Friday, May 12, 2023, before the market opens.

Management will host a conference call at 8:00 AM ET on the same day to review financial results and provide a business update. Following management’s formal remarks, there will be a question-and-answer session.
