      for interested parties to participate in the Company’s 
      Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2006 Earnings Teleconference scheduled 
      for 1:30 p.m. PST, Thursday, February 1, 2007. Peter Chang, CEO, will 
      review Fourth Quarter and Fiscal Year 2006 results, followed by a
