QUÉBEC CITY, May 11, 2015 /PRNewswire/ - Aeterna Zentaris Inc. (NASDAQ: AEZS) (TSX: AEZ) (the "Company") announces the results of the vote on directors held at its 2015 Shareholders' meeting on May 8, 2015. Each of the director nominees proposed by management for election was elected as director, without a vote by ballot being conducted. The Company received proxies with regard to voting on the six directors nominated for election as set forth in the table below:
