AERT'S June 8, 2006 Annual Meeting Schedule

Advanced Environmental Recycling Technologies Inc.
(NASDAQ:AERTA) wants to remind shareholders that your Company's annual
meeting will be held Thursday, June 8, 2006 at the Holiday Inn
Convention Center in Springdale, Arkansas.
   In order to accommodate the schedules of as many shareholders as
possible, the meeting will again be held in the evening. This year the
Company has also arranged for bus tours of some of our Northwest
Arkansas facilities, including the new Springdale South facility and a
review of some of our tradeshow and display booths at our Lowell
distribution and reload center. Tour buses will depart from the
Holiday Inn Convention Center in Springdale every thirty minutes,
beginning at 3:00 p.m., for a one-hour tour. Visitor's personal
vehicles will not be allowed at any Company facilities due to safety
considerations.
   A buffet reception will begin at 6:00 p.m., followed by the
shareholder's meeting and company update presentation at 7:00 p.m.,
also at the Holiday Inn Convention Center. The meeting will also be
webcast live via our corporate website www.aertinc.com.
