ITEM 2.02. RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION.

On January 4, 2018, Aehr Test Systems, or the Company, issued a press release announcing the Company's financial results for its second quarter of fiscal year 2018 ended November 30, 2017. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
