ADE Corporation Schedules Fourth Quarter Earnings Conference Call for July 6

ADE Corporation (Nasdaq: ADEX), a world leader in
measurement, inspection and quality certification systems for silicon

storage will release its fourth quarter fiscal 2005 financial results
for the fiscal year ending April 30, 2005 after the market closes on
Tuesday, July 5, 2005. ADE will hold a Q4 earnings conference call and
webcast on Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at 8:30 a.m. (EST). ADE President
and Chief Executive Officer Dr. Chris L. Koliopoulos and Executive
