Audible, Inc. (NASDAQ: ADBL, www.audible.com),
the leading provider of spoken audio entertainment and information on
the Internet, today announced that Glenn Rogers, Chief Operating
Officer, will leave the company to return to his consulting practice.
Mr. Rogers joined Audible in 2005, taking leave from his practice that
focuses on helping organizations, particularly female- and
minority-owned businesses, deliver positive results by implementing
collaborative and data-driven management systems and practices. Before
his work as a consultant, Mr. Rogers was a senior executive at PSE&G.
“Glenn Rogers and I have worked together in
the non-profit world and at Audible for more than 13 years,”
said Donald Katz, Chairman and CEO, Audible, Inc. “He
came to Audible to help implement scalable business processes and help
us address our infrastructure needs in light of our rapid growth. Our
performance in 2007 – and our great finish to
the year in Q4 – is in many ways indicative of
the successful implementation of his teachings.”

The company reported that it does not intend to replace Mr. Rogers in
the COO role.
