Acxiom Schedules Shareholders Meeting, Analyst Day; September 27 event in New York replaces August 16 meeting

Acxiom(R) Corporation (Nasdaq:ACXM) today announced that
it will hold its annual shareholders meeting at 8:30 a.m. EDT
Wednesday, Sept. 27, at the Hilton Times Square Hotel in New York.
Following that meeting, the Company will present its business plan to
analysts and investors in a meeting scheduled from 9:30 a.m. until
noon EDT, also at the Hilton Times Square. The 9:30 a.m. meeting
replaces the investor meeting that was originally scheduled for Aug.
16. Both meetings will be audio-webcast live and archived on Acxiom's
website at www.acxiom.com.
