Acxiom Extends Share Repurchase Program

Acxiom® (Nasdaq: ACXM), an enterprise data, analytics and software-as-a-service Company, today announced that its Board of Directors voted to extend the duration of the Company's existing share repurchase program for an additional year, through November 12, 2015.

“We remain committed to delivering value to our shareholders,” said Acxiom CFO Warren Jenson. “While we continue to invest for our future, the extension of the share buyback program highlights our confidence in our ability to both execute against our strategic growth initiatives and, at the same time, maintain a strong financial profile.”

Since inception of the share repurchase program in August 2011, the Company has repurchased 12.9 million shares, or approximately 16 percent of the outstanding common stock, for $202 million. The Company has $48 million remaining capacity for future purchases of common stock under the current authorization.

Under the program, Acxiom is authorized to repurchase outstanding shares in open market or privately negotiated transactions depending on prevailing market conditions and other factors. The repurchase program may be suspended or discontinued at any time.
