Acxiom® Corporation (Nasdaq: ACXM), a global leader in interactive
marketing services, today announced the appointment of Claire Pribula as
vice president of sales for Acxiom’s Asia-Pacific business. The position
is one of a number of recent appointments aimed at Acxiom’s plans for
regional consolidation and growth.
Based in Singapore, Pribula will be responsible for creating and
executing Acxiom’s sales and business strategy across the fast-growing
region. “With Claire’s background in regional business development,
partner management and team building, we are looking forward to
increased activity and expansion in this territory,” said Gabrielle
Chou, Acxiom’s Asia-Pacific leader.
With prior terms at EDS, IBM Global Services and SAP in Asia, Pribula
brings to Acxiom more than 20 years of expertise in the IT and services
industry. She has extensive experience in building effective sales teams
for the execution of sales and business strategies.
The Asia-Pacific region has been a priority for Acxiom CEO John Meyer
since he joined the company nearly a year ago. Ensuring Acxiom is well
positioned for growth is part of Meyer’s plans to establish Acxiom as a
trusted global partner for leading marketers and advertisers. The
interactive marketing services company has made other recent
appointments also aimed at organizing Acxiom for expansion in Asia.
Russ Mathews, Asia-Pacific sales leader for Consulting and Emerging
Markets, has moved to Beijing and will lead the company’s strategic
sales efforts across the region. Prior to joining Acxiom’s Asia-Pacific
team, Mathews was a senior consultant with the company’s Consulting and
Analytics team.
Gary Leung, a senior account manager for Acxiom’s digital marketing
services business, has also relocated from the United States to
Singapore. Leung has been with Acxiom for more than four years and will
be focused on relationship development for some of the company’s key
accounts for digital services.

digital services teams with the assistance and expertise of Claire, Russ
and Gary,” added Chou. “As a company, we are now better positioned to
extend Acxiom’s proven strengths to our regional clients in their
