   ActivIdentity Corporation (NASDAQ: ACTI), a global leader in intelligent identity assurance, today announced that it has scheduled to release its fourth quarter and fiscal year 2010 financial results on November 18, 2010 at 4:05 p.m. Eastern Standard Time / 1:05 p.m. Pacific Standard Time. In light of the pending acquisition by ASSA ABLOY US, ActivIdentity does not plan to hold an earnings call.
