Attached herewith as Exhibit 99.1 is a press release, dated July 5, 2010, whereby Acergy S.A. (the “Company”) announced that it will release its second quarter 2010 results on Wednesday July 14, 2010.

A conference call will be held to discuss the earnings and review business operations on Wednesday July 14, 2010 at 3:00pm UK Time.
