OpenARMS, an Advanced Revenue Management solution for telecommunications
service providers. OpenARMS uses open source components that complement
open orchestration and processing products from ACE*COMM’s
current portfolio and are integrated using a fully extensible
service-oriented architecture (SOA). The solution is designed to satisfy
a new breed of multi-media service providers with diverse order,
product, contract and customer relationship management needs as well as
billing, invoicing, and settlement needs, at a fraction of the price of
traditional proprietary solutions. OpenARMS can be back-fitted into
traditional carrier environments as the carriers reach out to customers
with multi services offerings.

Using OpenARMS, ACE*COMM customers can configure their end-user
environment, defining a specific web based user interface, for each
distinct user group. They can also define the content, validation and
display rules for each screen display within the orchestrated flow.
Furthermore, ACE*COMM customers can define the business processes and
work flows related to back office processing, including rules for data
transformation and validation, rating and charging, provisioning and
activation, orchestration, exception processing, invoice and billing,
financial accounting, data augmentation and retention, and revenue
assurance.
Built as a content-centric solution, OpenARMS supports revenue share
disbursements to third parties and clients as well as more traditional
retail voice and data based services such as interconnect billing,
roaming record clearing, and more.
OpenARMS is a comprehensive and powerful back office product that also
includes a number of business process templates that can, for example,
define base-line configurations. ACE*COMM customers can accelerate their
implementation schedules by adapting and tailoring these pre-configured
templates to meet their specific business needs rather than building
customer configurations from scratch.
