Under the terms of the offer, Textron would acquire Arctic Cat in a transaction valued at approximately $247 million.  Pursuant to the deal, Arctic Cat shareholders will receive $18.50 per share owned.  At least one Wall Street analyst set a price target for Arctic Cat stock of $20 per share.
