NEW ORLEANS, Oct. 3, 2015 /PRNewswire/ -- Former Attorney General of Louisiana Charles C. Foti, Jr., Esq. and the law firm of Kahn Swick & Foti, LLC ("KSF") are investigating the proposed sale of Jacksonville Bancorp, Inc.
