American Access Technologies Expands its Line of Zone Cabling and
Wireless Enclosures 


KEYSTONE HEIGHTS, Fla., June 27  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- American Access
Technologies, Inc. (NASDAQ:AATK) is pleased to announce the addition of two new
products to its line of zone cabling and wireless enclosures designed to
further support the use of zone cabling in the telecommunications network
infrastructure.  The two new enclosures provide additional options and
flexibility for applications above a drop ceiling or under a raised floor.

The new products were greeted enthusiastically by Chatsworth Products, Inc., of
Westlake Village, California, our sales and marketing partner for zone cabling
and wireless enclosures since May 2003.  "These new enclosures increase our
available zone and wireless networking options and will enable CPI to continue
to meet the increasing demand which we expect for this new technology," stated
Jeff Steen CPI's Director of Sales. Steen continued, "The mobile workforce
requires a flexible workspace where it is easy to deploy new technologies, add
or move workers, and service cabling with minimal disruption to the work area.
This can be accomplished using zone cabling technology. Zone enclosures are
placed close to the users within the work area -- above drop ceilings, under
raised floors, even inside cubicle wall panels. This greatly reduces the
distance between the cross-connect and the user when compared with traditional
'home-run' cabling methods, making the floor plan easier and less costly to
reconfigure."

CPI introduced the products at the WiFi/VoWiFi Planet Conference and Expo,
which ran at the Baltimore Convention Center from June 14th to 16th.  CPI has
also launched a major marketing campaign for its zone and wireless solutions
that includes full-page ads now appearing in the leading trade publications,
"Communications News" and "Cabling Installation and Maintenance."
