DALLAS, Nov. 4  /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Walter E. Evans, Senior Vice President and General Counsel of ACE Cash Express, Inc. (NASDAQ:AACE) was honored last night at the Best General Counsel Awards event held by the Dallas Business Journal. In making the award the Journal noted that, "Evans is the only general counsel ACE has ever had.
