Yahoo Announces Fourth Quarter and Full Year 2016 Earnings Release Date

Yahoo! Inc. (NASDAQ:YHOO) will release its financial results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2016, after market close on Monday, January 23, 2017. Due to the pending transaction with Verizon, Yahoo will not have an earnings call or webcast for its results for the quarter and full year ended December 31, 2016. Concurrently with release of its financial results, supplemental financial information will also be posted on the Company's Investor Relations website at investor.yahoo.net.
