PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--Le spécialiste des étiquettes électroniques SES-imagotag a annoncé mercredi avoir décidé de se renommer VusionGroup.
"Ce changement de dénomination fait suite à une résolution votée en assemblée générale le 23 juin dernier", a indiqué la société.
"Notre groupe a beaucoup changé ces dernières années, passant de pionnier et leader des étiquettes électroniques à un groupe diversifié couvrant une large palette de solutions de digitalisation du commerce", a déclaré Thierry Gadou, le PDG de VusionGroup, cité dans un communiqué.
Ce changement de nom représente une "décision naturelle" visant à incarner la "nouvelle réalité" du groupe, a ajouté le dirigeant.
