PARIS (Agefi-Dow Jones)--La foncière Icade a annoncé mardi soir avoir signé les accords de cession de ses activités de santé au gestionnaire d'actifs immobiliers Primonial REIM pour 2,6 milliards d'euros.
Icade cèdera en juillet près des deux tiers de sa participation dans Icade Santé pour 1,4 milliard d'euros, ce qui se traduira par la déconsolidation de ces activités dans les comptes du groupe dès 2023.
La totalité de l'opération doit être bouclée d'ici à la fin 2025.
