EssilorLuxottica SA said on Monday that its Co-Chief Financial Officer Hilary Halper is stepping down.
The French-Italian optical company will announce a new co-CFO shortly, it said.
Ms. Halper was CFO at Essilor, which merged with Italy's Luxottica to form EssilorLuxottica. The two businesses haven't fully integrated yet, and their two CFOs were sharing the CFO role at group level.
