CABG Medical, Inc. Announces Pricing of Public Offering
MINNEAPOLIS, Dec. 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- CABG Medical, Inc.
(NASDAQ:CABG), a medical technology company seeking to improve the treatment of
coronary heart disease by advancing conventional bypass surgery, today
announced its public offering of 5,500,000 shares of common stock at a price of
$5.50 per share. CABG Medical, Inc. has granted to the underwriters an option
to purchase up to an additional 825,000 shares of common stock to cover
over-allotments, if any. Feltl and Company and Ladenburg Thalmann & Co. Inc.
serve as co-managers of the offering. The shares will be listed on the Nasdaq
Stock Market's National Market under the symbol "CABG."
