    Blue Planet Financials Growth & Income Investment Trust No. 4 plc ("The
Company")
Application for Admission

Application has today been made to the London Stock Exchange and the UK
Listing Authority for the additional listing of 120 ordinary ten pence
shares in the Company.

These shares, ranking pari passu in all respects with the existing
ordinary shares in issue, have been allotted pursuant to the exercise of
warrants.

Admission is expected to become effective on 15 August 2003.
